All Qubed products come with our guarantee that it will be free from defects in workmanship and material for 5 years after the purchase date.

Natural wear and tear after extended use is not covered by our guarantee and this warranty does not guarantee against abusive handling by commercial carriers. Please check your suitcase for damage before leaving the airport.

    All Qubed products come with our guarantee that it will be free from any defects or faults in workmanship and material for 5 years after the purchase date.

    Natural wear and tear after extended use is not covered by our warranty, nor does it guarantee against abusive handling by commercial carriers. We recommend to always check your suitcase for damage before leaving the airport.

    If you wish to activate your warranty you should complete the online form on this webpage.

  •  

    In the unlikely event that a defect should develop, please raise a claim via email service@saintctravelgoods.co.uk or speak to a member of our team on

    +44 1403 710717. Please ensure you have already registered your warranty with us through the online form on this webpage. To assist us with your claim, please have the following information:

    Proof of purchase and product swing tags 

    Range name

    Size

    Colour

    Description of the defect including when and how it occurred

    If possible, photo(s) showing your product and the defect

    Our warranty does not guarantee against abusive handling by commercial carriers or third parties. If there is damage to your baggage caused by an airline or other carrier mishandling, we recommend you make a claim straight away with your carrier at the airport or station where you retrieved your baggage. It’s always a good idea to check your baggage carefully for any damage when retrieving it from your carrier.

    We can arrange spare parts for many of our ranges. If you believe you need to replace any parts on your suitcase, you can get in touch with our team via email service@saintctravelgoods.co.uk or on +44 1403 710717. You will need to provide us with the range name, size, details of the spare part needed and clear images of the damage and/or product where possible, so that we know exactly what is required.  Please note we cannot always promise spare parts, especially for ranges and products older than 5 years.

    Where we are able we will always try to repair products. If there is a faulty part such as a wheel these can be fixed quite easily, by replacing the fault. If you believe your case can be fixed or if you need to replace any parts on your suitcase, you can get in touch with our team via email service@saintctravelgoods.co.uk or on +44 1403 710717.

    All of our Qubed cases should come with instructions on how to set the code on your lock. Our locks are all set with a 3-digit combination. Please note that the instructions might vary product to product. If you need a copy of your instructions, please get in touch via email service@saintctravelgoods.co.uk or speak to a member of our team who will be able to assist you on +44 1403 710717.

    The default factory code for the lock is 0-0-0. We would suggest trying combinations with one digit either side of what you intended the code to be on each dial. Please do this with all possible codes.

    In the unlikely event that you have been through all possible codes and the case remains locked, you will have to force the zips out of the lock. This will mean the lock requires replacing which can be arranged by contacting our customer services team on service@saintctravelgoods.co.uk or by +44 1403 710717, please note you must not damage the zip pulls as these are very difficult to replace.

    All of our product measurements are external and the height of our suitcases includes the wheels.
